Question: I have a large red mass about an inch or so under my arm...Hurts when touched... Almost looks like a big nipple....Any thoughts?

Hi and welcome..
This looks like abscess definitely and this is inflammation of skin and subcutaneous tissues with pus formation. it may be a result of insect bite,injury or ateroma inflammation. At this point it should be treated with surgical incision and drainage since antibiotics may not be adequate. also, apply cold compress and take non steroid painkillers. but I am afraid that this small surgical procedure is required as soon as possible.
