Question : i have rash that is across the head of my penis and it occurred right after unprotected sex with my partner. she does have the birth control that is vaginally inserted and i kept hitting it but it doesn't hurt to pee or itch its just sensitive to the touch. whats going on?

I have gone through your query and pictures. It looks like fordyce spots. These are harmless. They modified sebaceous prominences. STD s are most unlikely as you don't have any symptoms like itching or pain.

Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the area. You can use saline or warm water. Applying aloe vera gel will be helpful also.
