I have reviewed the attached photograph and it is looking quite inflammed.
Apply topical antibiotic like fusidic acid cream or neosporin ointment on it twice daily for 4-5 days and keep it under observation.
If it doesn't show much improvement in 3-4 days consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated clinically.
