Brief Answer:
If racing heart rate persists, just perform a medical check up.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that as long as you result clinically normal, you don't have any recent complaons and your resting ECG results normal sinus rhythm, there is nothing to worry about. Heart rate may normally fluctuate, depending on many several factors.

If faster heart rate persists, then you need to perform a routine medical check up by your doctor, to rule out any pathological influences, like anemia, inflammation, hyperthyroidism, etc, or even anxiety and stress, etc.

Hope to have been helpful to you!

Feel free to ask me whenever you need! Greetings! Dr. Iliri
