Hello. Thank you for writing to us.

I am Dr. Kakkar (Dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.
I can see a blister in this image. It could have formed due to cold injury from prolonged ice application.
I would like to know if you have any symptoms like pain?burning?itching? etc

Regards

Brief Answer:
Apply a topical antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

I suggest you to apply a topical antibiotic ointment e.g either 2%mupirocin or 2% fusidic acid or neosporin ointment, twice daily. Avoid puncturing it.

is it normal for a blister to rise once it's touched? For example there was a lower blister and I ttouched it, and then I noticed that it got higher a few minutes later. Also should I cover it with a bandage?

how long should it take to heal?

Brief Answer:
Keep it open. Use an antibiotic ointment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Touching wont make any difference. May be it an was evolving blister so it got bigger. Keep it open. No need to cover it with a bandage. Just use a topical antibiotic ointment, twice or thrice daily. Continue with the ointment even if it ruptures on its own.

Regards
