Question : I have a quick sensation in my chest and upper abdomen last about 3 to 4 seconds, then my arms fell real heavy and have a strong aching feeling, last about 45 seconds to a little over a minute. this does not very often, but more lately. I do have anxiety issue!

What you are experiencing isn't related to cardiac issues. It most likely is related to:
- Gastrointestinal disorders (especially GERD or acid reflux)
- Stress and anxiety

If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following exams to find out what is causing your symptoms:
- Blood work
- ECG
- Chest x-ray
- Abdominal ultrasound
- Upper endoscopy

If everything is normal then your symptoms are definitely related to anxiety.
