Thank you Dr. Krunal very much for the reply.
I was prescribed following medications:
1. Cefuzime 500 mg Tab
2. Glotrizine 10mg
3. Mukinate Syrup(cough syrup)
4. Ibuprofen (but i avoided it because I was not having any pain/ache or fever)
Today I will visit ENT. Is it required?
I was going through web for my concern
http://www.endocrineweb.com/community/hashimotos-thyroiditis/7850-throat-pressure
and found the symptoms same as mine. presently i m in relief, but cant say it a total relief.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for the follow up query .
I reviewed your medications and understand your concern.
Your GP given proper treatment plan expect for antiseptic mouth gargle like betadine & antacid .
Since you have avoided Anti inflammatory Ibuprofen & relief is not complete .
Ibuprofen is given for inflammation .
Since you have started antibiotic Cefuzime & other medications , i would advice complete treatment plan . Add antiseptic mouth gargle like betadine twice daily & antacid like Tab Rantac twice daily for throat discomfort .
If you don't get relief within 2 days , i would advice get ENT examination done .

No need for too much worry .
You will get relief .
Regards.

Thank you Dr. Krunal very much for the reply.
I have visited ENT yesterday.
As a primary diagnosis she reported as ACUTE LARYNGOPHARYNGITIS.
Secondary diagnosis was ACUTE UPPER RESPIRATORY INFECTIONS OF UNSPECIFIED SITE ICD. The one you mentioned in previous discussion.
She has administered me few medicines regarding the above diagnosis and I hope I well get well soon.
Thank you very much for the time you took out for the diagnosis.
