Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that your daughter symptoms could be related to a viral infection or inflammation.

For this reason, I would recommend consulting with her attending physician for a physical exam and some tests:

- a chest X-ray study
- a complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation.

Meanwhile, I would recommend having some rest and taking Ibuprofen for the pain, as it can help also against inflammation.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
