
What Causes A Sharp Pain Above The Ear?

Question: I have a sharp pain slightly above my right ear. It hits me anywhere from a couple of times a minute to every 15 minutes or so. It hits and goes away with no after affects.

The pain is probably not related to ear .
there can be various differential diagnosis like temporal arteritis or temporomandibular joint arthritis..
You should visit a physician and get yourself examined.
Take paracetamol for pain relief.
