Brief Answer:
Get your bp and pulse rate checked.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I guess you are not receiving any medicines. Firstly, get your bp and pulse rate checked. Abnormalities in either two are a common cause, especially low bp and low pulse rate.

If this is normal then we need to rule out cervical spondylosis. Do you have any symptoms like neck pain, tingling, numbness sensation in neck or arms, if yes then you need to get X-ray of spine AP and lat view?

If none of the above is present, then it's probably from the internal ear and you need to have medicine like Tab. Vertin.

Hope this helps you.
