Brief Answer:
Aphthous ulcer Or Canker sore
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the Images.
I can see a single oval ulcer on the inner side of lower lip with well defined margins, dirty base and surrounding erythema. This seems like an aphthous ulcer ( a canker sore) to me. If I was the treating doctor I would suggest you to apply hexigel antiseptic gel (chlorohexidine gluconate gel), twice daily for a few days. You may also take a tablet of B-Complex vitamin once daily for a few days.
Regards
