Question : Hi Drs., I have a new spot on my penis. I've had it for about 6 weeks. It started as a small, reddish, flat, shiny spot. When I stretched it a bit it would wrinkle. Today it is broader, shiny, less circular but has spread to the edge of my glans, reddish brown, still wrinkles when I stretch it.

Its looking like a psoriatic patch oe a fungal infection.
I would like to know few additional details.
1. Do you have any symptoms like pain itch etc ?
2. Any history of sexual contact prior to development of these spots ?

No pain or itch. Sex contact about 2 months before.

Thanks for the follow up.
Its looking like psoriasis of glans.
I treat such cases with a mild steroid cream like cortisone twice daily for two weeks.
It is safe and effective and usually available over the counter.
Try this and let me know the results.
