Question : Hi, I have what I thought was a hemoriod(outside of my anus) and while that is still there, today I felt a very small hard like ball inside. Do you know what that could be?

To recapitulate: Female/38 - thought of hemorrhoids - applying some creams - visited a Doctor - felt a very small hard like ball inside today - inside of the hemorrhoid like thing outside of the anus - wants to know what could it be .....
The very small hard ball-like lump at the outside of the anus as per the description you have given can be an organized cyst of the glands at the anus verge. These are not uncommon and can be felt in most of the people.
Since you have visited a Doctor, I would like to know a few more details:
- Were you examined - per-rectal digital examination, proctoscopy or so to get the correct diagnosis? If yes, what was it?
- What is the treatment you are advised and what is the treatment you are taking at the moment?
- Please provide any other information that can help us both.

The doctor told me that the one outside of my Anus was a hemorrhoid. Today is was applying cream and felt a small pebble like rock right inside the anal canal. I also got constipated and have been having lower back pain, and lower stomach pain. I thought that was because of my period.
