Question : hello. for the past few months I have had this small bump on the base of my penis shaft. never hurts until now that I've been messing with it but had never bothered me until the past few weeks when it started to smell foul almost like a fishy smell. is a little smaller than a pea. it feels a little hard inside and seems to have a small hole right on top where I can see inside. when I squeeze it hard a little pus comes out not even enough to tell if it's white or yellow. I'm worried I have an std and I want to get tested and see a Dr but having no insurance and all its tough. I can't afford a Dr XXXXXXX right now so I'm hoping someone can help me out cuz I'm freaking out. I have attached a few picture too. one of them you can see a little pus and where the opening is. I just got with a new girl and things are getting serious and I'm making excuses on why we can't have sex please help!!

According what you had described here it looks like a sebaceous cyst. It has punctum and when punctured squeezes out whitish sebum that is foul smelling. It is not to be worried about.
As long as you do not have fever, rash, penile discharge, body pains do not think about STD's.
