Question : Hey, I was curious about this small spot on my penis. Picture included if necessary. I'm not sure how long I've had it.

These are enlarged sebaceous glands called as Fordyce spots.
These are totally normal.
There is nothing to worry.
Apply plain aloe vera cream.
It will help in reducing these spots.

These black spots are just normal mole like we have moles on body.
There is nothing to worry it is harmless.
If you want, these can be removed using a radiofrequency ablator.
