Question : I have bruise oright upper chest close to my breast appears to be healing normally but concerned about small whit spot in centre Iam are retired qualified nurse going through imense stress at this time having lost my husband of 50 years

Beginning to show yellow healing Marks on periperary the only difference and I bruise easily is this pimple sized raised white spot in middle

Without photographs I can suggest some differentials for this white coloured spot.
It can be either milia or molluscum contagiosum or closed comedone.
None of these are serious conditions. But without a picture, I am unable to comment further. You can consult a dermatologist to find out what it is exactly.
