Brief Answer:
Unlikely so. Mostly from self urination!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Ammonia smell is more likely from urine. We ay not often realize that we may be having minimal urine leakage. I will suggest that you try to see if there are any leakages every morning you wake up or during the entire day. Alcohol is unlikely to be a cause of this directly. For how long has this been going on if I may ask.

For now, monitor this and get back to me if you note any leakages. I wish you well.
