Question : hi I have bump on my forehead that has been there for about five years, it feels like a cyst as it is soft and is under my skin could it be harmful?

This lump is most likely a lipoma. This is a benign soft tissues leasion. It does not turn into a cancer. It will be slowly getting bigger. You may have it removed by a general surgeon.

But for sure there is nothing to worry and it can be left alone.
