Question : Dont remember doing anything to my foot however today it is sore and there is a weird bump.

I have reviewed images uploaded by you.

Sudden appearance of bump without any reason probably point towards some allergic cause.

Insect bite sensitivity could be the most probable cause.

It will heal with time and there is nothing to worry.

You may apply ice packs for soothing effect.

In case it does not resolve you can try a steroid antibiotic combination like fucibet.
