What Causes A Sore Lump At The Opening Of The Anus?

Question: I have had hemoroids for several years but this morning when I was bathing I noticed a small sore spot right at the opening of my rectum, it's shape like a Bebe and rolls around is this something I need to have checked or something caused by the hemoroids?

Thanks for the query under health care magic . I have read it & understand your concern.
* You seem to have a prolapsed hemorrhoid might have resulted due to severe diarrhea / constipation.Many a times it resolves ( recedes back ) on it's own,, except it is inflamed or thrombosed.
Soreness you have, indicates some inflammation/ infection .
* You should therefore consult a surgeon preferably anorectal surgeon for it's management.After careful evaluation , you would be offered antibiotics/ anti inflammatory drugs to aid the pain & infection . .. followed by further management as per need ( Medical/ surgical )
* Personal care-
- Get treatment to manage loose motions/ constipation as advised by treating doctor ..( to assure regular, smooth & non straining motions )
- Drink plenty of water. Diet as per advise. -avoid spicy, oily hard to digest food/ constipating food .
- Use sitz bath ( warm water tub used for fomenting the part )
* Thus with expert advise & continuous self care would help you to get rid of the problem.
