Question : Hi, I am experiencing a strong stagnant odor when I urinate. It is cloudy at times. Any suggestions?

Cloudy urine with strong smell is mostly due to UTI

Get your routine urine test and Urine culture done to find out the organism causing this infection and their sensitivity so that you can take appropriate antibiotics to control the infection

In the meantime start taking antibiotics like Cefixime and Nitrfurantoin twice daily along with urine alkaliser Citralka thrice daily later on switch on to antibiotics as per culture report

Ensure to drink more water to keep your urine dilute.
