Looks like an eczematous reaction

Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it looks like an eczematous reaction.
It can be due to few reasons: dry skin, dry and cold weather, due to use of any new clothes or medicines.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas twice daily and take tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching for 7-10 days.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
