Question : helo doctor
i have attached few pics of my lower lip, can you tell me whetehr they are ok , i feel they are swollen but can you tell me ? especially the left side of lower lip. i am so scared of herpes that even today i went to the dentist and she checked and said everything is normal but still i am scared please help me

I have reviewed all the attached photographs and they seem to be absolutely normal.
I can't appreciate any swelling even in the lower left lip.
Don't worry as everything is fine and you don't have herpes.

Hello doctor
I am attaching few pics of the lower lip can you please tell me how they are , the reason I am asking you now is the centre part of the lower lip I think there is some redness and also the left side of the lower lip I feel sometimes itchy especially when I am touching it with the upper lip ... not always though . Can I use hydrocortisone cream for the lip ,,, if I can how many hours should I keep the cream . I am so scared doctor ... I don’t know whether it’s my anxiety is making me think like this or what but I am super scared of herpes .... the dentist did promise me that the instruments gloves and the area is sterilised each time after the patient and they take cross infection control practise very serious but I am not able to believe them

You can apply hydrocortisone cream on the lip twice daily and let it be there for 3-4 hours.
You don't have herpes and stop being anxious as everything is fine.

Hello doctor
Today morning as soon as I got up I felt the right side inner corner of lips tight and also crusty from the drooling of course so I washed my mouth and wiped it after that both the left and right side inner corner of lips are red especially the left side if you can see in the pics there are three white dots ( what is that) are they just Fordyce spots or something else ? I am super scared ... also the right side feels very dry .... why is this happening to me I am super scared doctor ... please help me come out of this

The dryness seems to be related to eczema and sensitive skin.
Just continue applying hydrocortisone cream twice daily.
Don’t worry it’s not herpes.
