I thought i noticed it a few years ago but it seemed to dissapear i cant remember it been as much as this, its not tender to touch feels like skin would, but can get iritated sometimes and i am aware its there at the minute not noticed it for ages? I have had the same boyfriend for 5 years and only ever slept with him i am also on the pill which has had some spotting since august which i never have before hope this helps thanks

After seeing picture and reading your description i feel this is hymenal tag.

This is just a small fold of skin tag at hymenal area and nothing more. This is normal occurrence in many women and absolutely normal.
