Brief Answer:
Temporomandibulary joint or parotid gland problem.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

It could be Temporomandibulary joint dysfunction/damage, or, especially if the cheek seems swollen, parotid gland infection/stones.

There is need for imaging studies assessment of these possibilities, parotid gland ultrasound and Temporomandibulary joint x-rays as a start.

Hope this helps. I remain at your disposal for further questions and clarifications.

Take care.
