Question : My husband has tingling fingertips the ring and middle fingers of his left hand.

There is a possibility of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome or Cervical Radiculopathy.

Please let me know:
Is there any neck pain?
Any aggravation at night?
Is there any diabetes, joint disease or hypothyroidism?

You should get examined by a neurologist.
Nerve conduction study may be needed.
Prescription based drugs like Gabapentin or Pregabalin can be used depending on the findings of investigations.
