Question : I have a trembling sensation in my lower back like a shivering when cold. No pain at all and only sitting down

I have a cochlear ear implant, would a spinal tap be preferable to an MRI which could interfere with the magnet

the information that we receive on the MRI is not the same as that received on the spinal tap so can not be replaced with the same.
