Brief Answer:
Parathesia

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The sensation of liquid going down your back is due to a phenomenon known as paresthesia and it is caused by damage or irritation of a sensory nerve or a nerve root. It is possible that you may have experienced a slight disc slip in the spine which irritated a nerve.

If it continues and you start experiencing other symptoms such as pain, tingling, numbness or weakness you need to see your doctor and possibly have an MRI.

Lastly, since you are prone to popping of your back, you need to work on strengthening your back muscles through exercise in order to prevent further injuries.

I hope this answers your question. Let me know if you have further questions.

Take care.
