Question : i have a two inch long welt on the left side of chest that feels like a burn and over last two days has a red line coming from it towards heart

yes it does itch and no puss or anything and none that i now of and where do i send photo

Thanks for providing clinical photograph. It is Urticaria, it usually occurs due to some form of allergy. I would suggest you the following

1. Local Application of Calamine Lotion

2. Antihistamine like Cetirizine will be helpful
