Question : I have a white colored spot with dimpling about the size of a half-dollar in the left side of my buttock. I just noticed it about 2 days ago.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. I know it is awkward but I would need to ask you to upload an image of the affected area. It seems that you are talking about a hypopigmentation (relatively light coloured area due to less pigments being present). The next thing I would need to know is whether it is itchy or whether there is an altered sensation involved. Itchiness can be present if it is due to seborrheic dermatitis.

Regarding the dimple, possibly you are talking about the sacral dimple. I would be able to confirm once you upload the image.
