Question : Good morning, I have an ileostomy since 2001. I had UBS for 12 years. I'm in good health. But I notice, a white pimple like sore on my stoma. Has the UBS spread to my small intestine?

Please post a pic showing the pimple.
But,as per your description, it looks a small lesion occurred due to exposure.
It gradually regresses in course of time.
It is not related to spread of the disease.
Nothing to worry.
