Question : I have a white spot on my right tonsil. It has been there for a while what might it be?

From the picture you have sent, it looks like a small cyst or a small stone.
Please don't worry as most of these conditions resolve by themselves and need no treatment.
I would suggest that you gargle with warm salt water two times a day, this will help reduce the size and eventually cure you.
If however you develop pain or bleeding or there is a sudden increase in the size of the spot, then you must meet your ent doctor immediately
