Question : My toe nails appear to be yellow and bumpy. Is there a medical condition attached to this? How can i make them normal?

Thanks for the query and photograph.
You have developed fungal infection of nail called as onychomycosis.
It can be treated with the use of antifungal medication.
Tablet fluconazole 150 mg per week for 6 months gives good response.
It is safe and effective.
Long duration treatment is required as the nails are thick.
You might need a prescription from a doctor for this.
