I understand your concern.
You have an irritable bowel syndrome and this is causing the urge to go to the toilet. An there is no motion to be passed, you are passing only gas. You would be helped by Disflatyl and Dicetel which act by reducing the discomfort due to gas reducing the motility of the gut. Gastrostop is for diarrhea and since you do not have diarrhea, you can stop it.
