Hello dear XXXXXXX sunder
Welcome to HCM and thanks for the query
I understand your concern

Your symptoms could be due to indigestion, gastritis, inflammation in liver, and pancreatitis.
I would suggest to consult the Gastroenterologist and undergo blood tests, USG scan to rule out the cause.
Meanwhile take following advises:
Take small,frequent feeds.
Avoid spicy, oily and fatty food
Drink plenty of fluid and do regular exercise like walking to regularise the bowel movement
Tablet RABEPRAZOLE 20 mg twice daily
Tablet Dicyclomine 10 mg twice daily

Hope I have answered your query
If you have further query then I will be happy to help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
