Question : After taking food, my stomach got bloated and also I am facing frequently heart burn sensation and gas issue.

Thanks for posting the query,

The symptoms are due to gastritis
For immediate relief you can take Tab. Histac which is to be just dispensed in a glass of water and have it.

From evening i suggest you to have a course of gastritis medicine ie. Tab. Rabekind DSR two times a day before food for 5 days.
