Question : Please, I have sudden onset bloating, gasiness, nausea and light headed with fatigue. My live enzymes are slightly elevated. My liver has been checked twice, I have irritation in my stomach and am taking omepresol for a few weeks. I'm diabetic, trying to loose weight and use my fitness pal to track my intake, but in 8 months I've only lost 20 pounds? Can you make any suggestions of what to do next? Thank you for your help!

The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a possible cardiac failure.
All your symptoms are suggestive of this possibility.
And yes, in a diabetic person, chest pain need not always occur.
So I suggest an immediate cardiac check up.

Of course there are many other possible causes. However , this is the most important possibility that needs to be considered and ruled out for obvious reasons.
So get to a cardiologist as soon as possible.
