Question: I have been to a Gastroenterologist and we ran every test they had in there field.
I have major bloating accompanied with nausea and sleepiness. I have 5-6 days per month where this doesn't wipe me out.
Prescribed: Diciclopine, Ondansetron, & Omeprozole ( not much help ). I also take fresh probiotics.
Side note: Culture found Mersa in sinus's while checking out chronic sinus issues.

Hi,
Most likely you are suffering from dyspepsia. Its is an intestinal infection marked by cramps, nausea, vomiting bloating.However its not necessary that all symptoms are there in a single patient.
Basically dyspepsia results when the acid of the stomach comes in contact with the mucosa of the digestive tract. These acids cause a breakdown of the mucosa leading to inflammation and irritation, which leads to indigestion. It may also result from eating disorders or certain medications.

I would suggest you not to worry too much.
Take a proton pump inhibitor like Esomeprazole 40 mg twice daily along with a prokinetic drug (eg.Domperidone) for 5 days. This will provide you symptomatic relief from symptoms.
Yake VSl# 3 probiotic twice daily for few days to provide relief in symptoms of indigestion.
Take external difestive enzyme supplement like Unizyme thrice daily before food.
As over all digestion would improve symptoms would improve.
General precautions-
Don't sleep immediately after eating, wait for at least two hours before you go to bed
Avoid spicy foods as they tend to aggravate symptoms of dyspepsia
Space out your meals, eat multiple smaller meals instead of few large ones
Restrict smoking and alcohol consumption

Does the Mersa in sinus have anything to do with stomach?
Thank you for your time. I do take a PPI but have never heard of a prokinetic drug.
I also have a bad routine with supper being 1 hour before bed-time , or less

Medicines are not a cure a proper food habit has to be followed.

Detailed Answer:

Most of the times stomach problems are caused gram negative bacterias like e.coli.
Methicillin resistant staph. aureus is very uncommon in gut infections.So i don't think both problems are linked to each other.However to be sure you can go for a stool microscopy test.
Prokinetic is a type of drug which enhances gastrointestinal motility by increasing the frequency of contractions in the small intestine or making them stronger, but without disrupting their rhythm.
Very effective when added with proton pump inhibitor.
i would suggest you to take medicines as adviced they are all very safe.
Try to take heavy breakfast and a light supper.
Try to take some yoghurt before going to bed.You can have some kimchi.


Some food plans are-
-Whole grains are very beneficial to consume.These can be in the form of XXXXXXX whole wheat bread or cereal, brown rice, whole grain pasta,grains such as whole oats, wild rice, rye, oatmeal and corn are also beneficial and can be taken if suits your food pattern.
-Fruits and vegetables should be a significant part of any diet.. They are full of essential nutrients and are easy to digest.
-Healthy proteins in the form of low-fat milk and dairy products along with lean meats, beans, eggs and soy products can also be taken.


Vitamin c: it maintains the healthy blood vessels and maintain tissue matrix. And increases the body immunity also. Rich source are blackberries, raspberries, broccoli, spinach, guavas, amla, lime melon, orange, papaya, pineapple, tomato.Vitamin e: it is a fat soluble vitamin which maintains healthy cell membrane as well as the prevention of inflammation.
