You need to ensure good fiber intake.

Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
It is good to hear that you maintain a regular workout on the stairmaster. However, your problem seem to be associated with inadequate gastrointestinal movement, the movement the propels food forward from our mouth to the anus as it gets digested and absorbed, leaving the fecal matter to be expelled out. Regular workout is essential but not enough. You need to take plenty of dietary fibers. Green leafy vegetables need to be taken in bulk. Alongside, fiber supplements like senna and psyllium husk should be taken regularly. This will ensure proper bowel movements which in turn would ensure that food does not stagnate. This stagnation is the cause of 'traffic jam' of the food, thus giving you a bloated sensation.
You should also take plenty of curd or yogurt since that contains beneficial bacteria which will help in the processing of the food and would reduce the gas formation.
Take small but frequent meals. You may take prilosec (omeprazole) once daily before breakfast.
Let me know if I could help further.
