Brief Answer: Follows. Detailed Answer: Dear Madam, Thank you for posting your query on HCM. Well looking into your problem I will tell you that your bloating in abdomen and happiness can be related to hypothyroidism in your case . This symptom can appear due to variety of reasons , it will be very difficult to pick one . Sometimes it can be because of medicines that you are taking. I will advise you to avoid any spicy food and have a bland diet . Avoidance of dairy products is advisable . You can take an antacid like pantaprazole 40 mg once daily half an hour before having your meals after due consultation with your treating doctor . There is also need to see if there is H. pylori infection . You can see your treating physician to plan for an upper GI endoscopy to see if there is presence of any ulcer or gastritis. Take care.
