What Causes Abdominal Bloating?

Question: let see how do I put this , Im not sure what to do , my stomach is hard a rock no matter if I eat anything or not , its like I have air in my stomach , not sure if it may be a blockage of some sort , and ,it does not go down or get soft if I have a bowel movement , I don't eat much ,since ,I always fill full. trying natural remedies like juices and fruits, natural remedies to try and relieve the pressure . sort of at my wits end here , I had edema about a year ago , I did see my Doctor for I thought I would try this .

Hi,
As per your description, you need investigations.

Some amount of air will enter the mouth into the gut during eating. It will pass distally.

As you are feeling bloated, you should get an Upper GI endoscopy and Ultrasound Abdomen.
Till investigations, I'd suggest cap Omeprazole 40mg along with Levosulpiride which is a prokinetic agent , once daily before food.

Take frequent small feeds.
Avoid spicy foods.

Thanks ,where and how ! Can I obtain the the Drugs or med you described ! Can you do a prescription for me ! Or can I have the pharmacist call me regular Doctor for the prescription .

You can take Omeprazole over the counter.

Hi
You can take Omeprazole 40mg(PRILOSEC) over the counter and swallow it half an hour before food.It is a single dose.You can take it for 2 weeks.
If Levosulpiride is available OTC ,you should take it 75mg once daily dose before food along with Omeprazole.
