Question : i am 37 yr old femaie. my period has come a week early. stopped after 2 days, then started up again. cramping continiously throughout the whole time. many trips to the bathroom to pee, and a bit of the runs on and off. could this be a miscarriage? or is it just my period and im sick or something

Above said clinical features may be associated with early sign of miscarriage if you are currently sexually active. One home pregnancy test is advisable in this case. Pelvic ultrasound scan may be needed there after (if POSITIVE result).

Hormonal imbalance, uterine pathology and urine infection should be ruled out in case of NEGATIVE pregnancy test. Maintain genital hygiene properly.
