Brief Answer:
Pelvic inflammatory disease, UTI

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
I understand your concern.
Abdominal cramps, painful intercourse can be seen due to pelvic infection.
Sometimes genital infection can lead to urinary tract infection, which can present with increased frequency of micturition.
Breast tenderness can be seen in conditions like premenstrual phase, mastitis etc.
Better to get evaluated to find out the possible cause of your problem.
By clinical examination and investigations like ultrasound, vaginal swab for culture and sensitivity, pap smear, urine for microscopy, urine for culture and sensitivity, if needed mammogram etc, the possible cause of your problem can be identified and treated.
Take care.
