Question: I have had a bad stomach ache all day with some spasms and cramping, I have not eaten since breakfast (scrambled egg and toast) and have been to the bathroom quite normally.

I have AFIB and high blood pressure and take appropriate medication.

After going through your question, I think you might have an upset stomach and this can be easily managed by taking a proton pump inhibitor such as Omeprazole 20 milligrams twice a day for 3 to 5 days.

At this time I do not think there is much to worry.

Watch out for loose stools, worsening pains, blood in the stools, fever, vomiting, in which case, considering your age, it would be prudent to visit your local doctor and get properly examined and take additional treatment.

Maintain good hydration by taking enough fluids orally.
