What Causes Abdominal Cramps, Bloating Along With Acid Reflux?

Question: I am bloated, cramping and cannot get the gas to pass. Have tried Roland's, probiotics, trying to make myself throw up, nothing is relieving it. Pain is also in my back from the bloating, has been going on at least 2 hours.

A fecal impaction is a solid, immobile bulk of human feces. Hard, dry stools are the result of the colon absorbing too much water. When the colon's muscle contractions are slow or sluggish, the stool moves through the colon too slowly, resulting in too much water being absorbed. Some of the most common causes of impaction is this.
The problem with impaction is that it can't be relieved by using laxatives or enema and stool has to be removed out manually by a health care worker.

When this food stagnates in your intestines a number of toxic bacteria's acts on it and produce large amount of gases causing bloating belching and cramping pain.

Suggestion.
You can ask you gastroenterologist to prescribe you Polyethelene Glycol.Polyethylene glycol-electrolyte solution is used to empty the colon. PEG-ES is in a class of medications called osmotic laxatives. It works by causing watery diarrhea so that -the stool can be emptied from the colon. The medication also contains electrolytes to prevent dehydration and other serious side effects that may be caused by fluid loss as the colon is emptied.Polyethylene glycol-electrolyte solution (PEG-ES) comes as a powder to mix with water and take by mouth.You have to drink one 8 ounce of PEG-ES every 10 or 15 minutes, and to continue drinking until your liquid bowel movements are clear.It will clear your bowel.,you can take Magnesium citrate also.It is also a osmotic diuretic with same effect as Polyethylene glycol.
In case if it also does not go for Digital evacuation.It involves the use of fingers to aid in the removal of stool from the rectum.Stool is emptied by gently inserting a finger into the rectum and removing it.

Long term management-
Reduction of constipation and soften stool by consuming enough fiber and water.
Good bowel function, exercise and healthy evacuation posture.
Reducing constipation and softening stool:
Consume high fiber foods as a part of high fiber diet. Grain products: (6-11 servings of grain product in your diet is required daily) whole grain breads, whole wheat, whole grain mixed grain, cracked wheat, buns, muffins. Brown ricewhole wheat pasta or brown rice pasta cereals made from whole grain oatmeal ground flax, wheat germ or wheat XXXXXXX in baked goods vegetables: (3-5 servings daily) dark green leafy vegetables contain highest amounts of fiber e. G. Spinach, broccoli, green peas, green beans, turnip greens. Fruits: (2-3 serving of fruits) apples. Oranges, pears, peaches. Berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries) dried fruits (dates, prunes apricots legumes, nuts and seeds
Black bean, green beans, peas, kidney bean, lentils, peanut, soy bean Walnuts, peanuts, cashews, sunflower seeds
High fiber food relieves the constipation .
Plenty of water as water is key for fiber to function as an antidote to constipation
Avoid a diet high in refined carbohydrate .
Avoid saturated fats, non vegetarian food, trans-fats which leads to inflammation.

Omega 3 fat: it plays important role in maintaining healthy skin and mucus membrane. It has important anti inflammatory function which is extremely useful when it is consumed in a condition like hemorrhoids. As the consumption of omega 3 fat increases ratio of omega 6 and omega 3 lowers. It is abundant in cold water fish and their oils and in seeds and their oils e. G. Flax seeds
