Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I read carefully all your concerns and I can say as follows:
1. Firs of all there is no medical report attached from you on my dashboard.
Please upload them to me so I can give a more accurate opinion.
2. with regards to your symptoms like stomach cramps and loose notions , they are not related with liver issues.
Most probably it has been a gastrointestinal flu recovered after a couple of days.
3. With regards to elevated levels of SGOT and SGPT, most probable it is related with fatty liver.
You need a more prolonged diet and treatment to get normal liver panel tests.
Otherwise if I were your treating doctor I would suggest to do:
- HbsAg
- Anti-HCV
to rule out chronic viral hepatitis.
Hope it was helpful to you.
If you have other concerns I would like to help you.

HI back
That's ok. I read your test results and i can say as follows:
1. You need to do :
- HBs Ag and Anti- HCV as I wrote above.
2. To my opinion you should contine to take :
- Vit E 100 mg twice per day
- Sylimarine 140 mg three times per day
both of them for three months.
continue to increase physical activity and loose weight.
You should repeat your tests after 3 months.
4, I noticed that except elevated LFT you have mild elevation of WBC .It menas that you are passing a mild infection may be flu or urinary infection.
Hope it was helpful to you.

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Thank you for uploading your medical tests.
I review all of them and I can say As follows:
1. Your test results has rule out an autoimmune disorder of your liver panel.
Your ANA, SMA are negative, ceruloplasmine is within normal range too.
2. You haven't done viral tests that I mentioned above HBsAg and anti-HCV. You should do them.
Hope it was helpful to you.
