What Causes Abdominal Left Side Flank Pain?

Question: Sir
I had abdominal left side flank pain on april and went for a ct abdomen for my satisfaction and it was normal. Now i feel i am not able to empty my bowl clearly on morning no abdominal pain all. As i have read feel of not able to empty bowl fully a symptom of colon cancer my mind ia totaly upset. Will it b a colon cancer. What may be reason for not able to clear fully. I had fisures prob 20 days back and it is ok now. I go toilet in the morning as soon as i get up from bed but feel not empty properly. My mind set always goes to cancer if there is a problem.

Seems you are scared of what you have read on the net, reassure yourself

A fissure can also lead to inadequate defecation

It seems you have constipation prone IBS and/or collitis

Your CT is normal
There are no other bowel symptoms

Avoid junk, fermented and fried meals
Take a good probiotic twice a day for three to four weeks
Add fiber to you diet

If there is problem with the bowel movement even after this is done, get back to me

Thanks Sir for your reply. I had penis pain also from ystd evening and i had k mac and urispac 1tab. It was better in the morning. Now again i have slight lower abdomen pain and penis slight pain but no burning sensation on penis. Will this abdomen and penis pain associated to any this or may be urinary problem associated to constupation .

Apparently consitpation and your penile problem are not related to each other
It would be better if you get your urine and complete blood test done

If urispas helps you may continue till you get reports

I did my urine routine done today in Appolo spectra it was normal and blood and urine was taken on 2/9/2014 attached that report also. Now i take mac also along with urispac i feel better if i take it when i took bood i had semi solid stool by afternoon. I get releif when i take urispas. My worries mainly goes towards colon only. Pls help me out

K mac and urispac i took as per Dr gave me 3 months back for my renal stone. Is it ok. K mac has made my stool semi solid no prob in that. I would like to take your advice and when ever some problm comes my mind goes to cancer what is the solution for that. I need ur advice. Ct scan can reveal the tumers or within this gap some thing might have been happen. Bcs of this i am not able to concentrate on any thing

Once CT is normal and there are no symptoms, it is evident that there is no cancer
