Brief Answer:
Paracetamol mostly

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

first of all you shouldn't engage in very demanding exercise programs if your body is not used to such activities. You should gradually increase intensity to avoid injuries and other painful situations like the one you're facing. Muscle pain after activities of unusual intensity commonly gets worse during the first 48 hours and starts getting better after the 3rd day or so. It might take a few more days for full recovery.
Please note that abdominal muscles may get injured too, so if you're having anything more than the usual pain of muscle overuse, then you should arrange for a clinical encounter with your doctor. A pulled abdominal muscle can be really annoying and takes a lot of time to heal (more than a month in mild cases).
Try to avoid movements that cause pain and exercise again only after no symptom is left.
I hope I've helped!
If you have more questions, please let me know.

Kind Regards!
