Question : My stomach hurts every time I eat. I went to the emergency room and they took an x-ray. It appeared that bowel was everywhere. What could this be?

Can you please attach performed x-ray? Where exactly is your pain located (upper middle abdomen)? Does the pain radiate to the back? Does it get worse after meals? Do you have nausea, vomiting?
