Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms
All episodes of abdominal pain need not always be due to Acute Pancreatitis. Diagnosis of Pancreatitis is based on clinical examination and substantiated by radiological investigation like Ultrasound and Serum Amylase /Lipase level.
It would be very helpful if you provide me following additional information
1. Where is exact location of pain
2. Is your appetite normal?
3. Do you have associated nausea /vomiting?
4. Kindly provide me your previous laboratory results
Awaiting your response
Take care

Brief Answer:
Possibility of Pancreatitis needs to be considered
Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms
As you still have ongoing pain, possibility of ongoing inflammation of gall bladder /Pancreas needs to be considered.
I would suggest you to consult ER for further assessment and management.
In the meantime I would suggest you the following
1. Acid suppression with Pantoprozole will be helpful
2. Antispasmodic like Drotavarine which is available as over the counter medication will be helpful
3. Avoid fatty /oily meal
Do keep me updated about progress.
Do get back to me if you need any further assistance will be glad to assist you
Take care
